Island Health Services is at the forefront of the burgeoning medical tourism industry in Grenada. Hemodialysis patients on holiday and returning expatriates can come to Grenada without the worry of missing treatments. Simply download the Transient Form and have your nephrologist complete it and return it to us. We will also need a copy of your current prescription and medical records. Please send your information four weeks in advance of your travel.
